I went back to the doctor for another shot in my shoulder today. For some reason the shot hurt more this time than it usually does. My shoulder is aching and sore, and I am feeling really down today as well. We had to relinquish some of our cats this week, because we had too many. Now we are down to a reasonable number, but I don't feel any better about the situation. It really hurts having to part with someone you've considered part of the family.
My adhesive capsulitis is slowly getting better. The doc gave me some exercises to do today, but told me to wait on doing them for a few days until the soreness subsides in my shoulder. I haven't really felt much like posting for the last couple of weeks. Hopefully, this will get better also.
